General consultation (lifestyle consultation)

We will consult with you about various problems in daily life, such as inability to read Japanese documents, childcare and school, status of residence, labor problems (unpaid wages, workers' compensation, etc.), divorce and domestic violence, and information on Japanese language classes, and connect you to appropriate specialized agencies and support as needed.

Weekdays 10:00-17:00 (except national holidays and year-end and New Year holidays)

Legal consultation (free of charge by attorneys)

You can consult with a lawyer about legal issues free of charge.
If you need an interpreter, one will be provided free of charge.

Date & Time: 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, 13:00-17:00

Reservations: Necessary (a consultant will ask you about your concerns in advance to ensure a smooth consultation)

Cost: Free of charge for both attorney consultation and interpretation.
